We’ve got asked what farmer’s cheese is like at farmer’s markets often. Farmer’s cheese resembles drained cottage cheese, but with more texture and flavor with a bit tang to it. In Estonia we use it for both savory and sweet dishes and in baked goods. Sometimes farmer’s cheese is called curd cheese.
